Dunkin'

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a Wake-Up Wrap with white cheddar and a Midnight coffee. I was given yellow cheese instead, and when I politely mentioned it, the employee said they didn’t have white cheddar but offered no alternative. When I asked if they could remake it without cheese, she responded aggressively, told me I could “say please,” and slammed my sandwich bag and her phone on the counter. She even told me I could cancel my order with a hostile attitude. My coffee was also wrong. The entire interaction felt uncomfortable and intimidating. I left without my food because I did not feel comfortable continuing the situation. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable customer service.

This place is terrible. There’s one employee got Nasty attitude I think it was the manager. I ordered a matcha latte my husband wanted to use the restroom so I asked her what’s the password for restroom she responded to me like I was speaking Chinese to her. She was like excuse me why you asking me go and ask other people at other cashier for key. I’m very kind I didn’t mind the way she spoke to me first I ignored it. Then I was on my phone when she put down the drink and I grabbed the drink while I was using my phone. From back she started cursing saying I asked for key but don’t know how to say thank you and then she was cursing I did not say a word because I don’t like to argue with people. I just want to say avoid going to this kind of place where employees don’t know how to treat cust

The manager with blonde hair was extremely rude for no reason. It felt stereotypical since I am Black. All I asked was for my son’s order to be separated because I came to pick up my sister’s order and we were going our separate ways. The associate had already started doing it when the manager told her not to, saying I could do it myself. I don’t understand what her issue was, but this situation made me feel uncomfortable and singled out. Better customer service and professionalism are definitely needed.

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts. Everyone’s reviews here are legit. Time and time again this DD proved to me how much I truly can’t stand this place. The staff are not trained. Today was the last straw. I’m never coming back. I asked for one of the new flavor lattes that costed me more than regular latte, and I got burnt coffee with settlements still on the bottom. No flavor just burnt.

This dunkin Is still really bad . Does the owner just not care to fix anything or improve ? The food and coffee is so bad . Not to mention the bad attitude of some of the employees. It’s terrible how I have a dunkin so close to me and can’t even go cause it’s so bad . I have to walk 20 minutes to a good one
