Dunkin'

I bought gas here and asked to use the bathroom, but the staff told me it wasn’t working. That’s terrible.

Every time I go to this dunkin something bad happens. Although the store around the dunlin has a lot of good stuff that I can’t find in other stores, tje people in the dunkin are so rude. I was once ordering something wjth my grandma, and the worker told me “now you’re ordering too many things” and I only got 3 things. She also starting telling me what to do. Today I went in the same place and the store was unorginized and they got my order wrong. The food was good but please fix service and other factors. Also THR person starting complaining JUDT because I was missing one dollar, and I spent MKRE then I spend at a Brooklyn Dunkin. I do recomend going but don’t expect good service

You walk in and you say, good morning in Spanish, and in English, because it's a bilingual Dunkin donuts and they look at you like, you're stupid and don't say nothing back they need to get people with better manners

Doesn’t make sense how this Dunkin is still open. Food is always stale. And don’t ask for it toasted that’s how you know the quality can’t see how hard it is but it’s bad had to throw away.

I ordered via the mobile app as usual—an extra-large black coffee, a ham and Swiss croissant, and a Boston cream donut. When I arrived, my order was almost ready, except for the donut. When I asked about it, the staff said they were out of Boston creams, but why wasn’t that reflected in the app? Also, why did I have to remind them of my order? Shouldn't they have it in front of them? The staff seemed lazy and unprofessional, eating behind the counter instead of providing good service. Very disappointed!
