The iced coffee at this Dunkin Donuts location is trash! First they fill your cup up with ice only to add hot coffee it gets diluted then they fill it up with milk. By the time you take a sip you're drinking water flavored coffee. I think the employees just aren't trained properly on how to make an iced coffee. I've been here over a dozen times in the past 3 months.

This Dunkin' location is incredibly disappointing. The staff shows unacceptable behavior, including racism towards customers and consistently poor job performance. Specifically, one employee named "Lucky" has been particularly rude and disrespectful to me and others.

Got my friend’s entire order wrong but we didn’t want to cause a scene so we left. I got one of those Dunkin Energy drinks. About twenty minutes later, I see a tiny roach on the cup inside of my drink. I’m not in a place to immediately go back so after about an hour or two I return with my friend and tell the worker. The same worker who served the two of us. She first refuses we got this at that location (only location near us) and then she refuses to look at the cup with the bug until I physically point it out. She asked if I wanted another drink and I told her I wanted my money back and she said she couldn’t do that. So I just told her to throw the cup out and I left. This place has also had multiple experiences with mice and rats and bugs. Multiple traps can be seen from inside the ga
