Dunkin'

I try not to be too critical when it comes to fast food chains but the inconsistency of this particular Dunks cannot go unnoticed. I always order hash browns at any Dunkin’s that I go to and every single time I go to this Dunkin’s in particular I’m served a bag of literal slop. I’d rather eat prison food than this. The hash browns are legitimately cold, wet, and discolored. As a regular customer, I shouldn’t need to quality check every single item that I receive when I stop by. The hash browns that I was served were clearly thrown in a microwave and tossed into a bag. I’m attaching photos for reference. This is the only Dunkin in the area I trust to actually get my order correct! Even when that drive thru is wrapped around out to the street their delivery on food items and coffee is always consistent!! Thank you for making my already hectic mornings easier 🫶🏽

I was at you this drive thru yesterday at approximately 3 in the afternoon lat me strat by saying I’m there every single morning the crew is amazing in morning I ALWAYS LEAVE TIP as I am a server but I was sitting waiting to order for like ten minutes no lie so I pulled up to window and a young black man ca E to the window eating as he talked to me unsanitary and Rudely said ah yeah the way it works here is you order there i politely explained I had. Den sitting there calling out hello hello no answer finally pulled up he said well go back or get coffee somewhere else closed window on me ! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN PLENTY OF PLACEA AROUND I’m over 60 years old I will not allow a 20 year old to treat me that way rest assured I will put it out there I o. Had to update and add another photo. I paid for extra vacan crumble. There is one piece of undercooked bacon torn into three pieces. This is ridiculous. Really disappointing that the signature latte has looked like this all week I've ordered it. I've never received the "signature" drink correctly. This is exactly how it was served to me...

Came here at lunch here working in the area croissant was good , frozen coffee with mocha was terrible not mixed correctly too much of something and not enough ice and had a chemical taste threw it out. It's a do not return do not recommend.
