Dunkin'

This is my second time having this problem where they are not properly adding my rewards I have a coupon for a code topper and they don’t know how to properly add it I came in the day before and the gentlemen at the counter was successful in adding my discount. Today I come in and the lady said it doesn’t work and that she was here yesterday when she clearly wasn’t do your job right people don’t just tell me it doesn’t work when I came in the day before and it did she continued to say the guy that was here didn’t know what he was doing smh

They can barely handle more than 2 orders at a time. When you get to the counter expect to wait 5 minutes to even get your order in. They consistently take wayyyyyyy too long. I wouldnt complain if this didnt happen so often. Ill change my review if they decide to get their act together.

Rude and cheap!!! Wanted to charge over a dollar for water from the SINK!! I didn’t even ask for ice!! It was for my dog!! Insane!!! I asked if I made a purchase would she be able to give me water she said no bc she has to buy the cups. I asked her if I handed her a cup would she fill it? No she told me. The world we live in… here you go lady take your dollar hope you feel better now. Sick.

Great location, coffee is always fresh here and great service.

My avocado toast was way too hard. It might have been stale.
