Dunkin'

It doesn’t matter if you do traditional drive-thru, mobile order with drive-thru pickup or in store pickup, or order at the counter inside, this Dunkin’ takes foreverrrrrrr. The workers have never been particularly rude, but if you have a customer waiting for over 30 minutes for a mobile order that was placed well before they got to the store, you should proactively apologize for the delay. Even when the customer reminds you what they are waiting for, it’s an opportunity to apologize for the long wait. We’ve stopped coming to this location because of how slow things are - not sure if it’s a management issue or that there’s just no sense of urgency. A little frustrating when the visit serves as a mere a pit stop along the way.

9 out of 10 times good is not food or order is messed up unfortunate. Service has improved but sometimes there is a language barrier which creates issues with orders. Donuts often stale and frozen food has a freezer taste. Today I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and there was about a tsp of cream cheese on the bagel. Usually leave feeling very frustrated

Every time you ask for light ice, they still fill the entire cup up with ice, then when you order it, when you ask for an iced matcha latte, or anything iced, they'll ask do you want it hot or iced when you literally say iced. They'll do the same thing when you say hot coffee they'll say do you want it iced or hot. It's not rocket science especially when you specify what one you want.

Just dropping by to say that I went here on 9/3 at about 12:30pm EST and was very happy with the service. I ordered three donuts and three bagels, and the man serving me was conversational, helpful, and very friendly. Offered to cut my bagels for me if I wanted, let me know that there was vanilla cream in the donut I was ordering just to make sure I liked it. Lots of smiles, and took the time to make sure I was taken care of. He didn't need to do any of that, and I was very appreciative.

Every dunkin I have been too if there is something wrong with a drink they make you a new one no questions asked. Here I got a large cold brew took a few sips and it was empty and I was left with a large cup of ice. I have never had and iced drink from dunkin so filled with ice before. When I asked about it I was told "I already drunk the drink" and they couldn't do anything. But I didn't realize it was a problem until I did though. Picture taken after some ice had already melted.
