Dunkin'

I had a really disappointing experience at this Dunkin’. The employee who assisted me was very rude and unprofessional and was on her phone during my order. There was no greeting, her tone was dismissive, and it felt like I was an inconvenience just for placing an order. I understand everyone has bad days, but basic customer service and respect should still be expected. This experience definitely made me think twice about returning.

A smaller Dunkin off the highway. Super small. The coffee came out ok not bad.

Terrible service, there's one woman here who is just disrespectful. Does not need to work here based off how she speaks to customers! Will no longer be giving them my money. Asked her to remake my coffee due to it being too sweet and she blamed me because I put too pumps of sugar. I’ve been supporting this business since they’ve opened in this location, will no longer be doing so based off my interaction with just her today!!!!

1.long wait, it doesn't matter if there's nobody in the drive thru, i've been there twice and had to wait 5 minutes or more for my food. even when i pre ordered i still had to wait 5 minutes. 2. when the guy handed me my drink his fingers were very disturbing i lost my appetite. his nails were filled with so much dirt they looked blacked. never coming back here again

I went to this location on September 20th at 11 50 am I ordered a large iced latte with 2 pumps of vanilla, hazelnut, and butter pecan made with oatmilk. When they read me back the order the forgot the butter pecan. I asked them nicely too add the butter pecan and was rung up for another drink. I told cashier multiple times I only wanted one drink and repeated the order at least 5 times trying to stay patientand polite. The man that took my order even tried to make the latte hot. When I got to the front the cashier still had me in for 2 lattes and again I said I only wanted one. Both the cashier and the Barrista were trying to argue with me. They finally fixed the order and I left. I went to take a sip of my drink and their was loogie in the drink.
