Dunkin'

The place is open 24 x 7. I walked in at 10 PM and asked for decaf. They refused to brew me a pot of decaf “decaf is only for the morning.” That’s some bullshit. They suck. Six months later, they’ve remodel the entire store & eliminated the seating area. There’s no place to set anything down. and they apparently can’t seem to keep extra large cup in stock. and they ran out of decaf a few weeks ago. I agree it’s now understaffed. what’s worse as I can’t even go down to 143rd St. & Broadway because that place is being remodeled also. Before the remodeling, there was a regular group of employees who are very sweet and took care of the people faster. since the remodeling there seems to be no employees in the store anymore.

My drink is good but it seems they don’t read the orders correctly. I asked for less ice. I got the normal ice in the cup. It Might be because of the language barrier. I didn’t bother going back, because I’m on the run. Reasons of mobile order. I expected better, drinks and food should be handled correctly. I believe the staff needs to know or get the training that is needed to pay attention to there customer’s orders. Lack of attention and care, equals money loss. I been coming here for years, it’s sometimes good, sometimes bad. Depends on the person. It’s never consistent, I go to this one because it’s convenient. Something to keep in mind when ordering here. Update January 2026: The remodeled store looks very nice. The seating has unfortunately gone away but I think that’s okay given they didn’t have much space to work with at this location. The store overall feels much less cramped now, as it seems the back area was also condensed a bit to give more room in the front customer area. The Baskin Robbin’s is still there as well. They also now have a kiosk to order at if you rather use that over ordering with the staff or the mobile app. Update: They have gotten better at having mobile orders ready and available. I still feel like this Dunkin could use a bit of renovation as it’s quite small and dated; I am not even sure how they have room to have a Baskin Robbin’s section in there. Never post bad reviews, but I ain’t gonna lie, this experience was tragic for my mental well-being. Service wasn’t friendly at all, that’s okay everyone can have a bad day at times. Donuts were chewy, toppings were not great. The vibe in the franchise was aight, but that’s all. Take on the extra .6 mile and find yourself a better franchise. Still all good though, hope y’all improve on your donuts. Stay blessed.
