Dunkin'

I have always loved Dunkin' Donuts! 🍩 It's been a thing for me since I moved from Florida. They have one in Springfield, Missouri, so I was happy to see one come here. The line for this place was so long, so I decided to just go inside. A line isn't exactly a bad thing, lol. Although, I was a little disappointed today because they said they were temporarily not serving food. They said I would have to wait. I wanted to try the sourdough sandwich! 🥪 Overall, my son enjoyed his donuts and apple juice! I enjoyed my coffee.

I ordered a macchiato and munchkins. The young man at the counter didn't know much other than how to take my money. They were out of stock on many items. Also, he started my drink but someone else finished it. Neither added flavoring. Disappointing visit.

When requesting vanilla latte it was brought out as cold. We stated we did not order a cold vanilla latte. They then got a hot vanilla latte and gave it to us in the drive through and it was half full. The drive through attendant was rude and disrespectful when handing us the drink. The cup on the right is the cup I had. The cup on the left was only 3/4 full of coffee when the coffee was poured out of the foam with minimal coffee flavor. Additional coffee was added from my sisters coffee to make it a small cup. Poor service and poor experience all around. When calling the location to discuss concerns the manager could only make it right if I came back in. Unfortunately I do not live in this town and will not be back to make it right.

Always sold-out. Rude employees. Poor customer service. They are open until 7pm but sold out of almost everything by 11am. Then told you should have come earlier.

I don't know why the bad reviews. We were treated very good, the place was spotless clean, and the ladies working there were funny and kind. I was ecstatic to fine a dunking within 2 hours of my home, I will definitely be back... oh yeah the doughnuts were as delicious as i remember.
