Dunkin'

I made an online order so I could quickly get my order as I was in a hurry. I made the order 45 minutes before I arrived at the store and my order had not been started when I arrived. I waited 6 minutes for someone to even greet me (I was the only person there). It took them about 8 minutes to prepare my order (put donuts in a box). I ordered strawberry glazed donuts and vanilla glazed donuts in the same box. It looked like I received all vanilla. I had to go back in and have them point out the strawberry ones for me. I’m used to bright pink frosting and the frosting I received was one shade pinker than white. No one at our party was able to tell the difference. Every time I come here the food is cold and just thrown together, either the hash browns are all stuck together or freezing cold. The food is done so quickly which always explains lack of quality. Most dunkin donuts need to retrain their staff as this has always been an ongoing issue.

Dunkin Donuts sits as a helping food service. The sweet Red Dragon drink makes me feel cool and hydrated. I grab a long straw, push through the paper to rip, put it inside the hole of the top to guzzle. Likewise, I take the sweet donut out the bag to eat. I ask Jade The Sales Associate who greets and helps me decide on which free donuts to pick out. Furthermore, I ordered a sweet drink and sweet donut at the cash register. She heard me, rung me up and used her help to give my drink and snack. Perhaps, I paid $10.49 with cash. I take a shared office space doing Travel Research Work like reading "A World View" by Keith Orgerk. We know customers drive through at 6:00pm. However, I belive they want you to stay open later. I thought I would give Dunkin’ Donuts one More try as it seems like every time I go the food is absolutely disgusting. This time I ordered a bagel with extra cream cheese and hashbrowns, And a drink….. My bagel was so hard. It was like a rock. I couldn’t even bite into it and I paid for extra cream cheese and only half of my bag bagel Had cream cheese on it, The hashbrowns were soggy, and all stuck together in a clump. This is my last time going here
