Dunkin'

So do we just not fill the cups with coffee or put ice in them anymore? $6 for this?! I didn’t even drink it and half of it is gone. Absolutely ridiculous. I always have issues at this Dunkin. Not to mention I waited 20 minutes at the drive thru. Do better

If I could give them a zero i would. This morning i placed an order and after they needed up my drinks the person that made them was arguing ally how it was my fault that he didn't get the correct drink. He kept going on that i decided to judy cancel the order anda ge my money back. They hadn't gave me anything yet si it shouldn't have been so hard. They tried to convince ne to take the order but now I don't trust you handling my food and drinks. Tells me he can't give me my money cause he doesn't know how to and there's no manager.Then says good bye. I called the number on Google, goes right to a machine I call corporate they can't do anything. They tell me to wait 2 business days to get contacted from store manager. Did it take 2 days for me to pay you for my order? No. Absolutely disgu

It's actually impressive how they will forget to include part of your order literally every single time. But they still charge you for it of course.

Here I am, again. Staring at my drink that I ordered on the mobile app. With nobody to give it to me. Why have a drive through when you can’t put a person there to man the window. And when I try to get anybody’s attention, they just walk right by. This is the second time this has happened and the only other time I went here I waited in the drive through to get through two cars in front of me for 15 minutes. The only saving factor is every time I ordered the coffee was made correctly. And before anybody chastises me for being lazy and not just going inside, I’m not going to unload two kids out of the car just to walk in when they should be taking care of the cars in the drive through

It's always a nice little Dunkin donut area that the kids and I love to sit there and eat once in a while... Pretty good service overall...
