Dunkin'

Ordered bacon (specifically asked for well done bacon) egg and cheese on croissant and a large tea extra sugar. Arrived at work to open sandwich with barley cooked bacon that I had to remove and a coffee that they put two tea bags in. Yes was definitely coffee as the coffee grounds were on the inside of lid. This was my first and last time trying this location. I was really upset because Im feeling under the weather and just wanted a cup of warm tea. I basically paid $9 for a $3 meal.

I’ve been here twice now and both times my pumpkin spice latte and my caramel ice latte (hot coffee also - messed up ) has been messed up. The second time I went in a lady “fixed” the latte. She was very nice and polite but unfortunately the drink was till milky. Gave up in going again. Apparently I am not the only one so please retrain staff in making drinks.

Great little Dunkin' perfectly located in Centreville were everyone can get to it. Yes, they have a variety of donuts and the famous Dunkin' coffee. They also offer a breakfast menu and they have various teas. They have a good assortment of cold beverages available. Staff was friendly and was very helpful.

Tyler. Tyler. TYLER!! There is one employee in particular who keeps messing up my drink order. I’ve already complained to Corporate for a overcharge and a wrong drink order, unfortunately it still keeps happening, at this point I’m not sure if he’s doing it on purpose or if he’s just not caring or slow or ALL OF THE ABOVE, but something needs to be done..He waters down the coffee (YOU CAN TASTE IT) He gets drink orders wrong all the time, at least mine anyway, even though you speak very clearly into the drive-through window, it’s a shame because I stop at this location all the time after work and look forward to A little pick me up certain days! Please retrain this employee or send him elsewhere, it’s turning your customers away

We ordered matcha,iced latte.taste OK. On heigh way.good to relax some time and drive.
