Dunkin'

I’ve been going to this location for awhile, and the service and quality keeps getting worse. I ordered a latte today and it taste really bad to the point I don’t want to drink it. You need to clean your espresso machine or something. Someone needed to do something, because this location doesn’t taste like the other ones.

Gave my pickup order to a door dasher. Had to have it remade. Witnessed a drug deal in the parking lot. Pretty classic dunkin experience overall tho

I come here almost everyday w/ my daughter and they’re always nice.

Service was horrible. Went threw drive threw and waited a good 15 min for someone to take our order. No one. So pulled around to window. One worker taking inside orders. He signaled for his coworkers to help. 3 other workers came from no-where. Came to window and asked if I already ordered. I said "No". She said ok,closed window and proceeded to take someone else's order ahead of mine. Horrible customer service! And my drink tasted horrible. It was the caramel cream frozen coffee. Yuck And this was Dunkin in Champaign not Danville.

Has to be the CLEANEST and most beautifully stocked Dunkin’ I’ve ever seen. I even asked if the store was new because it was so clean and well kept. SUPER nice staff. I was quickly helped and on my way. Thank you again to the staff.
