Dunkin'

I work night shifts and this location is right on my way home so I hit it about once every 2 to 3 days a week. I love getting a coffee or their lemonade. Their coffee is very good and it looks just like the photos on the menu. The customer service is good but of course this morning time and everyone’s a little grumpy in the morning. The food is very delicious. The hashbrowns were one of my favorites because I think they grill them and they taste super good. 9/24/24 just got breakfast well I gave the lady a $20 bill and she handed me back one five dollar bill two one dollar bills and some change well I went to tip her five dollars and she seemed pretty happy and then I drove off and realized she only gave me not even eight dollars back. We stopped by to get some munchkins and donuts. The service was fast and the munchkins were tasty.

I’ve been going to Dunkin’ Donuts for over 30 years, and for as long as I can remember, ordering a coffee with two creams meant a hot coffee — the classic Dunkin’ drink that built the brand. But lately, every time I order “a coffee with two creams,” the employees automatically hand me an iced coffee, and I’m honestly tired of it. Dunkin’ originally served hot coffee, and for decades, customers simply said “a coffee” and got exactly that. If a customer says “coffee,” how about giving them a hot coffee instead of iced? And if there’s any confusion, it’s simple: just ask, “Hot or iced?” That’s all it takes. Long-time customers — especially older customers who have been coming for years — shouldn’t have to spell out “hot coffee” to avoid getting the wrong drink. Please bring back the common-

Well of course the donuts are spot on. However, it's a bit disappointing that we didn't get called when our drink order was place on the counter around the corner. When I went up to get extra napkins after some time with a little concern, I noticed that what looked like our order was sitting there. I asked and the staff had no clue. They asked, is this what you ordered? ..... Not a very happy customer today

Major Update: definitely looking so much better although service is a bit slow. I like the clean look and feel. I love that it says ‘Chandler runs on Dunkin’ also a lot of donut choices this time and they didn’t run out :) My favorite donut place has a giant sink hole in the parking lot! It’s been like that for over a year and they still haven’t fixed it! I find that really odd. The dine-in is completely closed up and the door is always locked so the only option is drive thru and it’s so hard to order donuts for kids when they can’t see them! Most of the time they are out of strawberry, vanilla and chocolate donuts my kids want so I drive away empty handed. I will start going to the Gilbert one on Chandler Hts and Higley, they seem bigger and probably have more options.
