This Dunkin’ Donuts is consistently provides excellent customer service, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. The location is easy to access and fits perfectly into the neighborhood, making quick stops very convenient. What truly sets this Dunkin’ apart is their generosity. They regularly donate donuts to not profit organization like Zia, which means so much to the community. We really appreciate their kindness and ongoing support of the community. Highly recommended!

I used to be able to drive through on my way to work (between 5:00-5:30AM) to grab a breakfast sandwich. Within the past few weeks I have been told more than once that there is no breakfast available and that the ovens are still warming up, only donuts until around 5:30AM. I feel that if the full menu is not available then Dunkin" should not be open. Maybe if you want to advertise being open at 5AM then you should pay your employees to come in earlier to have enough time to prep. They always seem to be franticly scrambling to make things ready and I will not be returning because of it.

I’m extremely disappointed with this Dunkin’ Donuts location. Despite it being the closest to our house, every single visit has been a letdown. The donuts are always hard and stale, and they’re frequently out of something we came for. It’s clear the business owners are more focused on profits than on providing good service to their customers. They don’t honor advertised promotions, and when you bring it up, they just brush it off with promises to “take care of it next time”—which, of course, never happens. It’s frustrating because we’ve given this location multiple chances, but it seems they’re not interested in improving. Brand new for Summer 2023 Dunkin / BR shop with a great location for nearby Stone Ridge and other communities. Nice assortment of cold brew coffee taps, 24 hand-dipped ice cream flavors, take-away ice cream cakes and pints, and donuts of course. It just opened at the beginning of July 2023 and the staff are still getting the hang of everything but service and food are good. We'll be back!

did mobile order through drive through. was expecting a lot of hype for this new location. sourdough bread on my sandwich was barely toasted, felt like right out the baggie. bacon was not edible standard, my dog coulda ordered the bacon for a side snack. also got a broken lid and hard hash browns. service was a lil interesting. we weren’t given napkins and we’re brushed off by drive through, with no rush.
