Edit 2/25/26: Today I placed a mobile order through the app. I arrived at this Dunkin’ 15 minutes after the order was placed and it wasn’t ready. I waited 10 minutes and it still wasn’t ready. This Dunkin’ is operated by extremely poor and incompetent management since there were multiple employees standing around looking clueless as to what they should be doing. I recommend training for the management and the employees immediately. I have given this location multiple chances. I literally put how much cream and pumps of special flavor I want in the iced coffee so it can taste good. Somehow, someway, they find a way to mess up the iced coffee every time. I will not be back this location for a long time.

Ordered two donuts at 8:15 a.m., saw half a dozen employees inside, yelling back & forth at each other. There were NO other customers in the drive-through line... but the cashier told me to pull around to the front to wait for my order. I waited. Waited some more. Finally the bag was brought out to me - with no receipt. Both donuts were cold and stale. LATER I saw my card had been charged $15.17 - for TWO donuts. WHAT A SLOPPY operation. Never again.

DO NOT order from this location online. They only carry some of the flavors listed online. I wanted to try some new flavors and ended up with half my order changed to generic glazed donuts

This Dunkin has terrible service the employees play in the drive thru they are always cussing, arguing and very rude to each other. They are so busy playing that they get my order wrong every time and some guy in the drive thru window thinks it’s okay to play with customers how he does with his friends. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and I received a burnt bagel with nothing on it. This service here is unexceptable. I used to be a Dunkin employee and we could never act like this or provide this kind of service.
