Dunkin'

I was excited to try this new donut shop with my kids after seeing it being built for a while. We stopped by one morning on our way to school and work, and while the line was long, the service was surprisingly fast, which was a plus. However, the space is really cramped, making it hard to get in and out of the drive-thru smoothly. Unfortunately, the donuts were a letdown. They were HUGE, but also hard and dry—definitely not the fresh, soft donuts we were expecting. My kids and I were pretty disappointed, and we probably won't be back unless we hear they've improved.

This store is well kept, I saw employees constantly cleaning the floors and tables etc. Store was very busy, however the employees made the effort and was able to move up the line efficiently. Even though the store was in a rush, one of the hispanic employees, Besy, was very sweet when taking my order. She even complimented me and I felt very happy to be there. Overall, I can tell the employees were really trying their best with the new store rush and amount of people that was there. I was pleasantly surprised with how fast they were able to take my order and complete it. I recommend people to come here!

Decided to try this Dunkin restaurant and I will not return. I ordered a matcha latte, donut munchkins, and one donut. The munchkins were stale, the donut wasn't great. My match was iced instead of hot. It wasn't a pleasant experience and moving forward would not to try it again. I just wasted my money.

The team here is super sweet! Anyone who has taken my order has been really kind and there’s a gentleman in the window who always asks me how I’m doing today 💕 these imo are the things that make a difference in customer service! Nailing the basics 🤩

I was asked to leave after 20 minutes. I travel the country for work and find a dunkin' donuts every single morning 7 days a week to start my day. Ive visited hundreds of locations and I've never been asked to leave. I spend at least $15 at a dunkin every morning and at 365 days a year that's $5,475 per year. I won't be returning to this location.
