Dunkin'

Almost every time I go here there is always something wrong with my drink or my food. My food is always either burnt/hard as a rock or mildly warm and gets cold within seconds of taking it out the packaging. Staff can barely speak and understand English so with the language barrier it’s hard to get anything done. THEY CHARGE FOR NO ICE??? The stupidest “policy” I’ve ever encountered. Displeased with the service, food, and the incompetence. Update 2/7: decided to give Dunkin another try. I regret that. When specifically ask for less ice, I would expect there to be less ice. Instead, whole cup was filled with ice. Usually I wouldn’t be too mad about this but I’ve had too many bad experiences with this Dunkin and they need to be retrained or smth. I know this may be petty but I see why the donut is being removed from Dubkin. Just call it a coffee shop at this point. I used to walk into Dunkin and see rows of donuts but I hadnt been in for awhile. I wanted a donut and to my surprise it was SLIM PICKINGS! 6 kind tops, all dry looking. Super disappointed. The drinks are decent but im not feeling the rebrand.

Came here for small breakfast (avocado bacon toast) and frozen coffee before work. I’ve done this quite a few times before sometimes good sometimes bad. I read the reviews before & I should’ve listened other reviews & avoided this place. I never discriminate, but there is a huge language barrier any morning I order here. this morning, the cashier, didn’t understand that I wanted something taken off my order. She was real snappish and snobbish then she spoke to her coworker and told him to take something off my order and their language. When she did this, he looked at me and discuss the same way she looked at me. At that point I felt uncomfortable, and when they gave me the rest of my order, I wasn’t sure if wanted it to eat it with that look they gave me. DON’T go here. BTW the avocado to

I ask for very little ice and there's either the chill employee who will give me more drink but maybe charge like 50 cents more, or there's someone who just gives me the standard less ice when I clearly ask for less than that amount. I just don't understand how Dunkin can train their staff to be so rigid over an already $6.35 drink and then not give more. I hate them so much for that. Milk is $2.70 a gallon but God forbid I ask for 20 cents more of it and less frozen water. 🤦🏻

The female at the drive-thru on the morning of 05 July 2022 (around 1015 AM) was one of the nicest employees I've encountered at any restaurant. She had a nose ring and curly brown hair. I hope that management sees this and gives her a promotion and/or raise. She was awesome.
