Dunkin'

We came to this Dunkin around 5pm to grab some donuts. It’s a small store for take out only, no seating area available. But the store was well maintained, clean, and decorated for the festive season. They also have a Baskin Robins ice cream section too for cone flavors and a fridge full of the pint tubs. I was surprised to see they had whole lot of donuts and munckins still available at the late hours of the day. We picked the vanilla sprinkles and Boston Kreme. We got the donuts right away and checkout was a breeze. Both of them were still fresh and tasted good. The staff members were friendly and helpful. Hopefully we will stop by here more often when we are in the area.

To the taller, older man who I’m assuming is franchisee: Your conduct during my visits has been consistently unprofessional and disrespectful. Humility and basic courtesy are clearly missing from your own code of conduct. I will not be returning to this location solely due to your behavior. Re-evaluate how you treat all of your customers.

Ordered an Americano, tasted one of worst coffee ever. I asked exchanged with fresh brew coffee. But a guy refused it with bad attitude. Be mindful to stop by this place

I really love this Dunkin’! The staff is super friendly, and the customer service is great. The drinks are always made the same way every time—whether it’s a refresher, iced coffee, or frozen drink, they always taste delicious! Plus, they’re really quick with online orders. I’m usually there in less than five minutes, and it’s ready to go. Big shoutout to the team—you guys are awesome!

I recently ordered 2 separate times. Last week I ordered tea with milk and sugar. When I picked up my order and got to work I realized the tag said Tea but it was coffee. 3 days later I ordered a bagel with butter packets on the side. It came with 1 small butter packet, I asked for just 1 more packet of butter. After conversations with 3 people who could not figure out what to do the manager said it would cost me another 75 cents for a little packet of butter. I’d rather drive to another shop than go to this place again. The service needs a lot of work.
