Dunkin'

I gave 4 for atmosphere because there are cool employees there but who did I piss off? I ordered an egg and cheese wrap AND I tipped for it and it’s like a hit or miss. But. Dunkin don’t ever miss the 350-450 a month I spend there. Not anymore The young lightskin Caucasian SUPER cool he’s not even working or the tall guy w dreads. And like two other employee who always go above and beyond. But at least 2-4 times lawd idk if I’m hated or what

Disappointing & Confusing Policy I’ve been ordering the same refresher since Dunkin introduced them, always with no ice, and I’ve never had an issue until today. I was told I could not be given a refresher unless it had ice. That makes no sense. Ice is a preference, not a requirement. I’m paying for the drink, and ice only waters it down. I also have sensitive teeth, which is why I order my drinks room temperature. If this is a new policy, it should be clearly posted and communicated properly. Otherwise, denying a customer a drink based on ice preference is unreasonable and poor customer service. Very disappointed with this experience. Who ever the Young girl was still in the background talking about it as I was at the drive-through window very unprofessional

Been going here for years but stopped because they now always hand you a terminal to ask for a tip, and if you don't suddenly they have to remake your drink. STOP NORMALIZING FAST FOOD TIPPING! They are paid full wages.

Great location, what an awesome crew they have. Highly recommend this store for sitting inside with coffee or just to go through the drive-thru.

Been going here for a long time. Last two weeks coffee is sour and nasty can’t even drink it. Tried one more time today awful. I will go down the street to Fisk they are nicer and better coffee. Get a clue king street. Yuck. I complained to worker in morning she blames someone else and hers was bad too.
