Dunkin'

I went to pick my order up and they informed me they didn’t have Maple but replaced the maple donuts with another donut, and that was completely fine. Once I got him I realize they did not replace my donuts, I paid for 12 donuts and got ten.

Seasonal donut is delicious. If you like chocolate, get the brownie batter donut. It is delicious. I haven't tried the cupid choice since im in love with the other. I typically like cool but warm is good as well.

Dunkin' donuts is an awesome donut place located in colonial heights. They have all kinds of donuts. They have specials sometimes. You can get almost any flavor of donut you want. The place is very clean and the employees are very friendly. I highly recommend this Dunkin donuts.

Andrew, Azariah, and Frankie did an amazing at handling themselves today. They took our order in a timely manner. Asked about how our coffee should be made and double checked our order. Should be given a raise or a bonus for how cheerful they were.

I also wish I had gotten the name of the worker who worked the drive thru around 6:30 on 11/23. Absolutely terrible customer service and overcharged me for my iced water. I pulled up to the speaker. She says "what do you want". I told her my drink order and I also wanted a large water. She rung me up for about a dollar for the large water, which is typically what I am charged for an iced water. I pull up to the window and she hands me a small water. I ask if I can get the large that I paid for and asked for. She just says "no". No explanation, nothing. So I asked "why?" She says that she'd have to charge me for the large. I asked "isn't what you charged me for the large?" She said "no" and she just stared at me. I paid for my drinks and drove off. She did not say another word. No thank you
