Dunkin'

Hands down, worst Dunkin in Colorado. The whole team has an attitude like they don’t want to be there. Spent well over $50 and tipped well before getting our food. After realizing that the bottle water wasn’t one that we liked, we just asked to swap it out for a lesser priced fountain soda. After a short back and forth on how they can’t swap out due to inventory reasons, we decided to check the food that was given to us and multiple items we burnt. So I have to go back in and ask them to recook the food. At this point the agreed to remake the food but then asked me to take the burnt food back and throw it away myself. Not sure why they couldn’t just take the food back and throw it away in the trash bins right behind them. This is not the first time that we have had issues with this Dunkin,

Worse crap ever, 5 Saggy awful pieces on my hash browns order, first and last visit, is false advertising, they show nice fresh food on commercials

The doughnuts were great. The rest of the food was not. Got food for 4 people all of the on toast items were burned and inedible. I had coupons which caused a delay. I had a free hash brown coupon and checked order there were none so I asked the staff person and she just looked at me and said well its not on the ticket. I had to ask her to go over the guy taking the orders and ask him. She came back and put 4 cold little hashbrown pieces in a bag and dropped them on the counter and turned around and walked off. It was a Saturday morning but lots of people working not too crowded they just looked like they were all unsure of what they were doing. Better training and don't serve people burned food.

At 8am I scheduled a mobile order pickup for 3:50pm thinking this would give enough time for a large order. I only ordered two 50 count donut holes. They had none of it, I asked why the app said it was ready and he said "I don't control what the app says." He told me I'd get a refund. There is nowhere on the app to request a refund, chat is unavailable and when you call it says to call back at 2pm eastern standard time? Very random time to accept phone calls, so I guess I wait for an email reply? Needless to say I will take my business elsewhere and will be disputing the transaction if I don't get my refund.

Coffee was great. One donut and couple of donut holes. First time there. Usually choose healthier options.
