Nice quick coffee stop. The service is fast, and they offer a wide variety of both hot and cold drink options, which makes it easy to find something for any mood. I would leave zero stars if i could. Ordered a matcha latte from this place this morning and i don’t really expect anything extravagant from a dunkin, but it seems like they didn’t try. this latte looked like slop. it was literally White they had basically served me cold milk with nasty matcha grit on the bottom and matcha chunks on top. went straight in the garbage. stay away from this place

I love this Dunkin!! The team are so pleasant and energetic, they are quick with the drinks and everything looks fresh. This store is really busy because of its location and all the commuters but they do try their absolute best! Keep up the good work

I generally am pretty forgiving when it comes to lapses in customer service, however this genuinely may have been some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Dunkin’. I couldn’t even complete my order without being interrupted multiple times with “Cash or card” in the most condescending voice. On top of this, the store was not clean. Not that I’m a DOH representative but visibly disgusting behind the counter.

What I just got supposed to be a small iced caramel latte but this caramel iced latte tastes like an iced coffee without no caramel at all. Also when I asked he said it is a iced coffee and I was confused asked again it’s a iced latte but I was still confused and aggravated so I just walk out and still drank this nasty iced coffee
