Dunkin'

I met a friend for coffee. The manager came over and introduced himself. He asked how was our coffee My friend requires a specific diet d/t restrictions following surgery. She was honest and told him her protein drink was not very good. He insisted on bringing her a different coffee and she was most appreciative. She told the manager she really liked this drink. We both thanked him. This manager went above and beyond. You don't see that much anymore. Thank you to the manager of the Dunkin Donuts on Lebanon rd, Old Hickory Tn.

Don’t know what happened to this place but it’s trash now. Everytime we go it takes about 20 minutes when we’re the only ones in line. They’re always rude and look lost. When we get our drinks they taste horrible and either have the top not closed or coffee spilling out the top of the lid and mocha drizzle all over the cup. If there weren’t already cops outside handling another issue they probably caused my wife was going to go in there and go off on them. But I held her back cause they don’t want them problems.

I just went here. Hashbrowns were extremely old and burnt did not even fill up my hash brown packaging. my croissant is all right, but the hashbrowns are extremely disappointing especially the fact I spent over two dollars on them. They were disgusting had to discard they were also cold not fresh at all.

I wanted to say the people are nice but I’ve had two orders and they have both been terrible. The last time I ordered they didn’t have any donuts I ordered and they gave me crusty dried up ones. Today I ordered again and I got the donut holes jelly filled and chocolate. There was no jelly in the middle except for one

Ordered 3 bacon, egg, and cheese croissants, coffees, and donuts on a Friday morning. The place was busy and only had ONE employee working. Waited almost 20 minutes to get our food. All of our croissants were BURNT bad and all of the donuts tasted stale/a day old. We've attempted to go to this Dunkin' again and the croissants tasted old. Not the employee's fault, this Dunkin' needs to hire more employees and keep their food fresh.
