Came here for drinks and wraps. Girl behind the counter looked annoyed the whole time I placed my order. I specifically asked for a daydream refresher and got the dragon fruit refresher for my girlfriend. She’s extremely displeased. Work on your customer service, genuinely it was disrespecting to even and try and order from your business. Going to the other one from now on, I’m tired of waisting my time with your garbage customer service.
My sister ordered a dozen of donuts & sweet tea online for pick up inside. Got home with the donuts and it was not what I ordered. Donuts are stale and the one donut has a finger or a thumb whole in it. Called the number and told them about. Said they were going to call me back but never did. I don’t recommend getting donuts from DD in Bechtelsville, PA.
Amazing friendly staff got to the drive-through quickly. I had a pretty big order and they had it done 10 minutes.
Waited 25 mins in drive through started taking the order while we were waiting for someone to take the order finally reached the pick up window and no one was helping as we stood there
I used the drive through to get two plain coffees, and they tasted great. Would highly recommend for anybody in the area looking for a quick coffee!
