Dunkin'

I recommend not visiting this establishment. Spent twenty dollars on one pepsi, one coffee, bagel and croissant sandwich. And did not even receive what we ordered. Pictures show what we received. While we were there four other patrons received the wrong food, a dog walking around, and the food was pitiful, just pitiful. Cold, rubbery, stale. Did not expect much but did expect more than what a child could throw together. Also, the employee lied. Told my husband that the sandwich meal had to be prepared on a bagel., picture attached. He wanted a croissant instead, personal preference, so we spent more money just to have a croissant. And wonder if the egg is really an egg. Again, do not recommend. If you even want just a coffee, expect to wait approximately 30 minutes on a slow

Went because i had a two dollar any size drink coupon. card says any location, use until 10/22/26, everyday until then if i wanted to. the employee first tried to tell me it was expired, then kept finding reasons not to use it. said it wouldn’t scan so therefore i couldn’t use it. now having worked in similar establishments before i know there’s things you can do. she stood firm on her decision to charge me for the full thing. i said okay that’s fine after trying to figure something out and just meet with refusal to try and help me. said she recognized that it’s not expired, can be used at this location, and said it should be able to used but she can’t do it. i paid for the drink anyways and it was awful, tasted horrible. and it’s my go-to drink at dunkin and i don’t even know how they mes

I ordered a croissant with egg. I watched the girl at the window correct the cook and say no cheese, just a croissant and egg. I have a milk allergy. I called nobody answered they called me back, he apologized but they r very busy he said, asked me if I wanted to come back I said no, he was done have a nice day ma'am I hung up. Can't risk allergies. Girl at window was awesome when ordering a refresher.

I have been here two times and each time they mess up. The first time I received my food which was supposed to be a bagel with cream cheese on the side and a side of their snackin bacon. Instead of getting my correct food they gave me two breakfast sandwiches that had nothing to do with my order. Once I went inside to get my food corrected they informed me that they can't take the incorrect food back so I took it upon myself to throw the food away and receive my correct order. Today, I decided to give them another chance and order my same order. On this order my bacon was missing and they put the cream cheese on the bagel instead of on the side. Instead of telling me that they were out of bacon when I picked up my order in the drive thru they just gave me my bagel and did not communicate.

I tried to order donuts at drive thru. A very rude female employee told me I had to come in. This store no longer takes mixed donut choices at window. What???? I left and went to Publix. Donuts are better and cheaper. Will never go back. Donuts are pricey. Not worth the money!!
