Dunkin'

I’ve been coming here since they’ve opened, they’ve always treated me with respect/kindness. Even on the busy mornings (which i understand i work food service), they do their best even while obviously training new people each week. I consider almost everyone who works there, personable, kind, respectful, and on time. they do the best they can when they have 8-9 cars in their drive thru and 8-10 people inside their store. i’ve seen them run the store with 3 workers on a morning shift! they deserve more credit for how hard they work.

I’ve stopped twice now. The first time, they took my order then asked me to hold…. I was ordering one drink. After 15 minutes and nothing, I pulled around. When I got to the window to pay they didn’t have my order as they assumed I drove off. I decided to give another try since it had just opened. This time, I had two drinks.. they gave me one and asked me If I was waiting on something else… love Dunkin but I will not be returning to this location.

Been there twice since they opened and I must just visit during their good times (according to their other reviews) because service both times were fast and concise. Workers were friendly and sweet! It’s just fast food so I don’t expect a lot to begin with.

Ordered a matcha protein drink, but it was filled mostly with ice. Finished it in under a minute. Would appreciate a better balance next time.

I live nearby and was so excited for this dunkin to open. Stopped through drive thru with no line, and the worker was so kind and patient with me. I got to the window and he was the FRIENDLIEST! my drinks tasted great and I got everything within like two minutes. Definitely made my morning. I’ll definitely be a regular here ♡
