Dunkin'

Waited almost 30 mins for a coffee and hash browns then when i get it the hashbrowns were cold nit even hot!!! No one wants cold food and the hash browns were gross and nasty tasting cold!!

Having to repeat yourself multiple times and they still get your order wrong after they repeat it to you. No sugar when I asked for three sugars I said light ice and it's overflowing with ice there's barely any liquid. And it was about an inch from the top when I pay $5.50 for a drink I expect it to be full. But didn't want to stand online and have to wait another turn just to get it fixed. But don't think they would have understood that either

Wouldn’t let me order through drive through though my vehicle was too big to fit and lobby was closed… America apparently doesn’t run on Dunkin

It was a complete waste of time. When I went to order and ask a few simple questions, the lady behind the counter did not seem to understand. Instead of helping me, she started making fun and laughing at me. I was shocked and angry, and did not know what to do, so I left. That kind of unprofessionalism and disrespect is unacceptable. I am never going back there again!

This time was not the best, they had basically no donuts! But coffee was good as usual. Weeks later ---Much improved. Excellent service. Now a couple of weeks later we stopped by and the service was impeccable. Thank you dunkin' donuts for training your counter personnel to really take care of folks that come in.
