Elderly lady up front needs to be replaced since she has messed up plenty of my orders and only realize when I get my orders always chalks it up to I didn’t hear you. Staff in the back also forget that us customers can hear all that profanity and it’s disgusting to hear at 7-8 Am

Terrible customer service, after saying they were out of everything bagels and then telling me they had everything bagels, the employee audible screamed “AAAAAAAHHHH” through the mic, in frustration. When I got to the window, the employee did not say hello, but said “HEY!!!” In a very rude tone after I didn’t notice she was trying to give me my card back. On top of that, they got my order wrong, gave me the wrong crème cheese and then gave me real milk in my matcha when I asked for almond milk. Not sure what’s going on in there, but I know that nothing professional is.

I like this location, they're pretty quick with orders, and it's closer to work for me!

This was a terrible experience. I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese and they told me they didn’t have it in stock so instead I ask if I can get a chocolate donut. When I get to the window I ask if I can get the difference refunded for the everything bagel and they told me they don’t know how to do that. He states that I have to do it through the app. This is terrible customer service because any reasonably person would at the bare minimum try to compensate you or give you extra donuts, but instead he just looked at me with a blank stare and told me that he “just works here” will never go here again terrible.
