Dunkin'

This location is only good if the manager or the skinny white guy are working. Otherwise everything is a disaster. My coffee tasted like literal dirty water i had to spit it out and my sandwich was not even wrapped in the paper just thrown in the bag. I’ve given this place so many chances, and it’s very inconsistent so I feel like I’m throwing my money away. They really need to retrain the ladies working there, they don't care.

This was my first time having a negative experience at this location. On January 7th at approximately 2:15 p.m., from the moment I placed my order, I waited approximately 20 minutes in the drive-thru line with no way to exit. When I finally reached the window, the employee assisting me asked whether I had ordered a drink or food. I greeted him and clarified that I had ordered a drink, then was asked to repeat my order. During the transaction, the two employees assisting each other at the register provided three different totals for the same order. I was then handed the card reader and prompted to select a tip amount, despite the confusion and extended wait. I selected “no tip.” After leaving, I noticed the lid of my hot drink was partially open, and the beverage was no longer hot. No apo

Went for an afternoon pick me up. Clara did a fantastic job making sure our drinks were perfect. She was friendly and attentive. The place was nice and clean. Got iced coffees and a couple of donuts.

I had an excellent experience today at Dunkin Donuts. Nicole was so sweet and helped me pick out my order when I was being indecisive. She was so patient with me and will ofically recommend to location to everyone. 10/10 service!

I love this dunkin my family and I come into everyday and Nicole serves us each time with great attitude and always helps us with whatever we need. Will definitely keep coming back with the amazing servie.
