when I walked in the lady in the front was very rude. when I asked her to repeat herself, she gave me an attitude. Me and my friend both asked for light ice, And got a full cup of ice after being told we could get light ice. my friend ordered a daydream drink And instead of cold foam, they put whipped cream that separated. And they had no gloves on when receiving our bakery treats, and I watched closely and the side of her thumb touched my doughnut. Don’t come here.

I.did.mobile.order 5 mins before my arrival , the lady does want to make the Midnight coffee that I ordered until her mood is set after 5mins im physically present and then a minute to set the machine and wait for the coffee to make ready after 3 mins.. as no one orders Midnight coffee

echoing the other 1 star reviews. bad service and quality of the drinks are always poor. better to go the extra 10 mins to the other nearby dunkin locations and avoid this one.

These people scammed me, I paid 7-8 dollars on my food and they said they never got the order, I showed them. The rude lady started yelling at me and started calling me slurs in her language and in English she was mean and kicked us out. I got scammed for 7 dollars never come here this place is the worst

Came in this morning ordered a dozen donuts and some of them were stale. She takes some of the donuts from the back tray, while the fresh ones are in the front. Terrible.
