Dunkin' Donuts & Baskin Robbins

I usually enjoy visiting this Dunkin’ Donuts location, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. During business hours, the store doors were locked even though employees and their friends were inside. Two customers sitting inside gestured for me to leave when I knocked, and I waited outside in freezing weather for 5 minutes with no response. When I used the drive-through to inquire about the locked doors, the employee dismissed my concerns, refused to provide her name or the manager’s, and offered no explanation. This behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. I will be visiting a different location and will follow up with management regarding this practice.

This is a new store that opened in 2023. They have quite a few cars pulling in on weekday mornings for the coffee. We went a few times for the ice cream. Their choices are very limited to the other stores I think they focus mostly on coffee and donut. The store is clean and the staff courteous.

I ordered 25 Munchkin and a frozen coffee drink via uber eats and I received a melted drink which was not sealed and no straw, in the box there were 3 wet and floppy donuts along with a few munchkins. When I drove to the store and asked them to replace my order the employee told me she needed to call her manager which she did, then later passed the hone to me and I was met with a very aggressive and rude man who refused to replace my order even though his employee confirmed that what was in the box was no what was on my receipt. This store has a very poor customer service, I usually have the same order without any issues with other stores but this is the worse experience I’ve ever had with dunking donuts

I'm not sure the service could possibly be any slower at this location. I tried coming here years ago when they first opened and I had the same experience. Tried it again today thinking they must have improved since my first time. But no. And then when you finally do reach the drive thru window they have no idea what your order is, even though you confirmed it with two different employees at the speaker. Also the glaze on the donut was just gooey slime and they didn't bother giving me napkins to deal with that fallout. Why are other DD locations able to provide donuts as they should be - with solidified glaze - but this one can't figure it out? This place is actually entertainingly terrible. One time I went and they told me that they could not sell me a cup of water. The next time I went, they told me they did not have milk. The very next time I went, they told me they did not have any donuts. I am going to keep going regularly to see what random item on their menu that they should have, they do not have in stock. The staff members are also usually rude.
