Dunkin Donuts

The tall guy that works in the afternoon is so rude! I stopped going there for a while then thought I’d give it another try 2 months later, same guy works there and is still as rude as can be. You order one thing and he yells in the speaker, okay anything else!!!!! Yea yea yea anything else??!! He doesn’t want to take anyone’s order. I suggest if you must go to Dunkin go in the morning, there is usually a man with glasses there thats really nice, or don’t go at all. I’m not spending another dime there! I can get my iced coffee somewhere that appreciates my business.

Ordered an iced coffee. Got hot. Politely asked them to fix it. Employee just stared at me—blank, silent, radiating pure contempt—like daring to request the correct order was a personal attack. No apology, no remake, nothing. Just dead-eyed rudeness. Order accuracy: zero. Customer service: outright toxic. I love Dunkin’, but this location is a complete embarrassment. Avoid like the plague.

My favorite coffee. Staff is great. I get a large extra cream, extra sugar with a scoop of ice. I go often. Also a fan of thier hash browns.

The drive through worker was impatient and rude. We asked him to give us a minute to order. There was no one in line behind us. He would ask us every 2 seconds if we were ready yet. I’ve never been so rushed in a drive through. They weren’t busy. Then when I tried to order he interrupted me every time I spoke. I was trying to order a chocolate frosted cake donut but he kept interrupting me after I said chocolate frosted asking if I wanted sprinkles or not. I had to tell him if you’d stop interrupting me then you would know what I want and that donut doesn’t have sprinkles. I hate that I had to say that but he wouldn’t let me talk without interrupting and he was so rude. I ended up with two donuts one chocolate frosted with sprinkles and one chocolate frosted cake. I didn’t want the one wit

Yay! I went today on opening day. First 100 received a free cup. Every single person I interacted with was an example of friendly customer service. As a consumer, I appreciate that. It’s new so everything is clean and fresh.
