Staff is so sweet, Randy is absolutely amazing! I appreciate the fact that he says his name when you order. I much prefer this location over the fair rd one my drink gets made the same every time whereas I had issues at the other location. Thank you for making my “cup of heaven” every day allowing me to take on the day!

Croissant burnt as idk what they had to see this before they put it in the bag i’m so disappointed. I didn’t see this until I got home.

Respect and Appreciation Done Right! Stopped by this Dunkin’ on Veterans Day and was treated with real respect. The staff knew about the free donut offer for veterans and handled it with professionalism and kindness. No hassle, no attitude — just a simple “thank you for your service” and a smile. That small gesture means a lot. This is exactly how a business should represent the Dunkin’ brand and the community. I’ll be giving this location my business from now on.

Easily my favorite Dunkin in the 50 mile radius that I travel and visit various Dunkin locations. Very friendly employees, fast service and everything always tastes amazing and fresh, no matter what hour I go.

1. They put ice in their nitro cold brew which negates the nitro part. Dunkin's own website describes the drink as iceless. 2. If you walk inside to order, expect to be ignored for a long time. 3. The last time I went inside, I saw an employee stick her gloved finger inside her ear then pick up my munchkins. She didn't bother wearing a nametag.
