Dunkin'

We came in and ordered a few items. The croissant my boyfriend ordered had cheese and he ordered no cheese. You can clearly see that on the receipt. He is allergic to cheese and clearly didn’t pay attention! We call their store 2x and no answer. We were the only people in there when we were there too and no answer to our call as we called to let them know it was made wrong and we would be coming back for a remake. Poor customer service and lack of paying attention to our order. The girl was not very friendly either as he asked for ketchup. 1 star service.

I was here at 6:30 a.m. on a Thursday morning and the entrance gate was closed. The workers watched as we were standing outside the gate and not once did they apologize or give a reason to why they were running late. The person in charge states , we will be opening shortly with a sense of "just leave already" attitude. This is ridiculous, I understand we can run a little late but just acknowledge your customers. One worker even went on to apologize but later said it was Georgia's traffic. I told him Ga's traffic is always time consuming. You have to leave a little early to arrive on time.

So far the best dunkin store experience i have here in Georgia. I forgot the name of the white guy serving as cashier and attendant is really polite and considerate.

5 stars because when you checkout it doesn’t ask for a tip 🏆. Coffee was excellent as well.
