Dunkin'

Consistently bad. Not sure if they are told not to use a normal amount of glaze but the donuts are always a joke. Usually taste like they were made a day or two ago.

I ordered this morning which included a chicken and roasted pepper wrap. They almost forgot it which wasn’t the problem at all. They gave me the missing bag and I left. Instead of my wrap which is about $6.50 I got a burnt croissant which is not even $5. But I can’t eat it because it’s literally black. I’m just upset I wasted $6.50. The coffees and donuts were great, no complaints there at all! I’ve attached my order and pictures of what I received.

Shame on Dunkin’ for not paying their employees enough. They were short staffed and the demand is very high: dine in customers, mobile orders, drive thru with only TWO employees! I wouldn’t want to work here either without enough support! I bet they can’t staff because they aren’t paying enough for how busy this place is! I don’t blame the employees at all. The service was as good as it could be for a star employee and a trainee. Poor management is what’s happening here. I won’t be coming back.

18 minutes in the drive thru. This is a consistent problem at this location and from my observation is a result of being understaffed. Only a couple employees ever during breakfast rush. This is frustrating for the customer and unfair to the employees. The owner needs to step up and pay for more people to be on the clock during the rush

The workers were not efficient when working or helping us and other customers. It was a waste of time and money to come and our order was ignored. People who arrived after us were out before us and received their items before as well.
