THE WORST DUNKIN DONUTS POSSIBLE! This Dunkin’ Donuts needs to go out of business immediately. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese. Received a BURNT bagel with NO EGG and half a piece of bacon and cheese. The audacity to send this out. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant. Croissant is stale, eggs overheated and dry! Ugh. Ordered hash browns and you guessed it - burnt. They do this CONSISTENTLY. Take you business elsewhere

The food tasted like soap. This is the second time this has happened. I ordered a wake-up wrap and hash browns and both tasted like soap/chemicals. It’s almost as if they clean the grill/toaster but don’t rinse it properly. The coffee was good though.

if I could give this place zero stars, I would. it's been up and down since it opened, but the past year or so it's been awful. it is super close to my house and there's no other locations on my way to work, which is the only appeal this place had. I can no longer go here. at first the coffee was as you'd expect, but every time I'd order a sandwich with no cheese, I'd get down the road, open it and it had cheese and I couldn't eat it... or I'd order donuts and get the wrong ones. if you don't have them, just say that and ask for a substitution. this morning was the final straw. it was not busy, I ordered an iced macchiato with the coffee milk, get to the window, the lady was pretty rude, began to pass me the drink that looked like a glass of milk and I said oh that's not mine, I ordered a

I come here every day before work. I’m very happy with the customer service, as they make me feel like they’re excited to see me when I come around the drive through. It’s such a fast pace environment (I worked at Dunkin for three years, so I’ve experienced it) and they do a great job moving the line. I don’t always order the same thing, and they’ve always gotten my order right.

Ordered a pumpkin donut. Got this instead. Normally this wouldn't bug me but it's the second time in a row that it's happened and I hate strawberry donuts. Check your order before you drive away.
