Worst staff and harassing behavior! The other day I was at the store and saw the whole staff ganging up on an uber driver for an order issue. Staffs were talking to each other in their language and screaming at the driver especially the women at the ice cream counter, for their negligence of mistake order. That experience solely made me realize that I do not want to stay there any longer. This needs to be reported to management. They are disgracing Dunkin

This is a great dunkins always fresh food and wonderful coffee not to mention the ice cream section in a safe and quiet neighborhood a comfortable feeling when you walk in that makes you want to sit and enjoy your purchase always clean and cool temps on those hot days they also have a restroom available for customers plenty of parking there parking lot but if not there's also free street parking a little section to sit right outside close the multiple highways multiple bus lines this place is perfect for a quick stop anytime of the day.

Customer service is horrible, we called this morning 10/13/25 to see if by chance my husband’s wallet was left there last night. The person who answered the phone (whom did not want to give her name) stated she wouldn’t know because she didn’t work there last night and was told to call again at night. We inquired if there was a manager we can speak to, we were placed on hold and the same lady comes back saying “she said no.” I asked “she said no to what?” She said we had to call later. I asked to speak to the manager as I was not sure if the person was understanding my inquiry. She said “the manager is busy and can’t talk”. I was explaining we wanted to speak to the manager to inquire if they had a place where they kept items that may have been lost. The women did not want to put the manag

The donuts are always left over not fresh. Today i wanted to get ice cream and ask for two scoop of ice cream and they gave me only one and a half light scoop. When I asked for full scoop, they treated me very poorly. And start talking with each other in different language, which I didn’t understand what they were saying. The Customer Service is zero.

I came to this location around 10:30 PM planning to order two of the $6 meal deals and some drinks. The woman at the register told me the oven wasn’t working, but it felt more like she didn’t want to prepare anything or deal with cleanup that late. It honestly came across as laziness more than a real issue. While I stood there quietly deciding what to get instead, the male employee next to her started talking about me in Bengali. What they clearly didn’t realize is that I’m Bengali too. He said something along the lines of “we already told her the oven isn’t working and she’s still standing there,” then laughed with the woman. They were implying I was shameless or somehow wrong for just standing there trying to figure out what to order as if Dunkin Donuts is not a restaurant where people
