Dunkin'

Long time customer, no longer coming back. Large brown sugar shaken espresso and 2 glazed blueberry doughnuts my daily order for I don't know how long now. Over the last 2 weeks when I have shown up in the morning I've been told the espresso machine is down 4 to 5 times. On top of that annoyance the last time I was there, Monday 2/2 it sounded like the gentleman came on the speaker and told me the espresso machine was down, but he talked extremely quietly, so I asked twice, "did I hear you correctly? Is the espresso machine down?" After getting no response to my question I drove to the window to get confirmation. This is where the 2nd gentleman looks at me waves his finger in a circle telling me to go around again. This really upset me, you see me everyday, you know damn well I know the p

I love this location! The only reason im not giving 5 stars is because they never mix my coffee all the way so when I get to the bottom theres so much sugar I have to throw it out. Plus I had done a few call ahead orders and had my coffee be ice cold when its supposed to be hot and the sandwiches are usually wrong. If I don't address it on the spot then im told theres nothing they can do. Thats around $40 I spent but couldn't enjoy. I learned to just stop doing order ahead and now I don't have issues. I still love you guys!

Very unpleasant store. Rude drive thru girl and a even more rude manager. Apparently I can't order food to my liking. So the worker got upset and said "always something people can't just order what's on the menu". Choose wisely. You might end up with a stomach ace or diarrhea because you want your food a specific way

I always ask for cream and sugar and they do like a triple and triple all the time way too white and sweet coffee

They never get my order right their muffins were always stale. They would do nothing about it. They’re rude in there. Especially the skinny blanket. He’s pretty rude. It seems like it hurts him to just be a little polite. And the hashbrowns whenever you order those they’re always stuck together. They’re always mashed up. The food is never prepared nicely. It’s always all sloppy thrown together. Grease dripping off of. It’s disgusting management doesn’t care. They just collect their paycheck and move along. They’re slow management is horrible. Its a gross place to get anything to eat? Their coffee is never good. I would just stay away from this place l, i have never have had a good experience there, go to Tim Hortons way better!!
