Beautiful Dunkin. Plenty of parking, and a drive thru window. Very friendly help to greet you, and quick, courteous service. Very clean interior, plus spacious seating at the window or at tables. Bathrooms available. Hot coffee. Good place. ♿️
If I could give the service a negative 5 I would!! Unfortunately I go to this dunkin doughnuts since it's so close to me and almost EVERYTIME I can guarantee I have a missing food item from this location legit every time!! This morning I ordered a bagel with hash browns, I just got off of a 12 hour shift so I am exhausted and forgot to check the bag before I pulled off ... soon as I got home, BOOM no hashbrowns! This is not the first time they have done this to me and it's actually quit irritating!
There are some nice employees and some aren't the greatest. They can not make coffee right. I order the same thing every time I go. It's never correct. Always taste horrible. I feel like each dunkin you go to it's all the same. Terrible coffee! They charge you for the extras you ask for but don't put the extras in the coffee for it to be drinkable.
The staff here is awesome, very friendly to a regular drive thru customer. I go specifically to this location because they told me they have pumpkin flavor year round. In the last 2 months I purchased 18 pumpkin iced coffees at this location. I can’t go back any further than that in my app’s transaction history, but assume an average of 9 iced pumpkin coffees per month over the last year. Today, a new worker told me that they did not have pumpkin. After I pulled up to the drive thru window to inquire - since I just got a pumpkin coffee 9 days ago - someone I’ve never seen before (the owner, I assume) told me that pumpkin is a seasonal flavor and they do not have it. When I tried explaining that I just got one last week, he shut the drive thru window on me to end the conversation. Congratul
This location is not good at all. They rarely have what you want. And what they do have isn’t fresh. Drive a few minutes up the road for better.
