Horrible location! My father purchased 2 coffees, 1 for him and 1 for myself. Shamika, a manager at this location, refused to honor my father's senior discount because he was purchasing 2 coffees and I am not a senior. NEVER have I heard of such absurd nonsense. When questioned, she was rude and defensive. I wouldn't recommend this location, they do not know how to properly treat their customers.

Second time my iced coffee tasted like cleaning chemicals, was on my way to work did the drive through wasn't worth returning.

Whoever was working the drive thru, so rude. Nust because you guys are fast does not mean you have good service. Especially if you're mocking you customers over the mic when they ask you to repeat yourself. Like last I check you're supposed to be greeted when you drive up not assumed your name is something and then mocked because you asked "excuse me?"

I'm a sucker for disappointment. Every time I went there, the order was either wrong or the coffee was just a milk-flavored drink. This time, it was both. I ordered a mocha latte and a caramel latte, both with cold foam. The drinks came out—both mocha and without cold foam. I pointed out that we ordered cold foam; he looked at the order sticker and took one back, saying we had to pay for cold foam for the second one. He walked away while I grabbed my receipt. A second guy came by with the cold foam latte, but before we could say the drink was still wrong, he left. When we called out for him to come back, he ignored us. Finally, we had enough, and I walked into the store with the receipt and the wrong latte and asked them to fix it. What I received was a milk-flavored caramel😭. I didn't wan
