Dunkin'

This establishment has only gone down in service, quality of food, and staff function since I have been a customer for 3 years. My order includes "no cheese" on sandwiches, and they mess it up 85% of time. I think asking for basic service like reading orders shouldn't be so difficult for a fast food establishment. Employees are kind yet seem to lack attention to detail and care for quality service. Oh, also the bagels are constantly hard and feel like teeth may come out with it. I waited years hoping change would happen but it seems better management is necessary. Hopefully this review invokes the change necessary to make this establishment better.

Stopped at dunkin through the drive thru and when I got home I pulled out my crossaint sandwich and it was black. Of course I don't look at my food before I leave but you can bet I will be taking it back next time I pass by. I wish I could attach a picture because whoever wrapped that up just doesn't care about their job.

Kind staff but just thoroughly distracted, lazy or both. Last four visits were misses every time. Sugar in sugarless drinks, wrong substitutions or missing items that require a friendly reminder. The request, and eye roll for a tip is especially offensive. You’re better off at McDonald’s

I have visited this location numerous times. Most visits the staff have been pleasant even when there has been a mistake, with the exception of one young gentleman. With every interaction I have had with this tall blond young man he has become more disrespectful and rude. The last few times he has waited on me he has appeared to be under the influence of some kind of substance. His behavior is concerning and well just down right Scary at times. He is disrespectful and rude. He has used foul language towards me and appears agitated. He makes me feel very nervous and uncomfortable. Its a shame that a young man feels that it is ok to treat not only a customer but an elderly women in such a manner. I feel I should be treated with a smile and given respect when I come in to get my coffee. I wi

I’ve come here a lot over time and usually service is good. I don’t know what happened this time but i don’t even feel comfortable going back. I came in on monday and was helped by this tall kid with blonde hair, he made me really uncomfortable and i don’t even want to come back after. Coming from an elderly woman ive been around long enough and seen enough to know what it looks like when someone is on the stuff. I take my granddaughter in here a lot and i don’t want her around those types of people. Never in my day would i have ever gone to work like that. He was acting extremely rude, agitated, and aggressive i didn’t feel safe being there with him. I come here expecting respect and i couldnt even get that. Very disappointed.
