CHK #4832 on 12/23/2025 @ 10:09am, Store #363091 Awful planning on the managers behalf! No selection of Christmas doughnuts, or even the basic plain glazed doughnuts were available. No dozen doughnut boxes so my order had to be broken up into small boxes. This was not a personal order, it was my 3rd order to gift my pt therapy office and it was embarrassing! I will go elsewhere the next time. I tried to do the survey on my receipt but the address is different and wouldn’t accept 5120 Washington Road, Evans GA. Very dissatisfied with your product selections.

3 weekends in a row we have went in for donuts and twice there has been literally a couple of donuts left. the third time there was NONE. mind you we aren’t going right before close we have been before lunch, right after lunch and around dinner time. there is always staff in there standing around and acting confused when questions are being asked. i’m not sure what 7 people are doing in there? not making any donuts for sure. worst location ever. i wish there was a krispy kreme put up right beside them so they would go out of business. signed a pregnant lady who would love a chocolate sprinkle donut. yeah that’s right, they don’t even have the most basic ones on a SATURDAY!

I have been coming to this store since they opened up and I have to say, I have witnessed the customer service level declined drastically, even though it hasn’t been open for that long. The drive through service is horrible in a sense of whoever on the other end do not want to be there and it does reflect on the service or doughnuts you ordered. I am a northeastern and DD is tradition for my and my family, but I am sensing that is not the case around here, and to be honest it doesn’t feel like it deserves my business to go back to. Those pictures you see, are from a order that i made which they thought it would be a smart idea to shove 8 doughnuts in a bag, and on top of each other to the point when I got home , the kids asked me which one is what. I've been coming here 5x per week for 3 years now and they are consistently professional and courteous. They know their customers by name and you can tell Ms. K and Ms O run a tight ship. A+

Look here , I don’t know what yall put in those Donuts on Sunday , Nov 9th but they were good!!!!!!!!! Never in my life have I had a DD that was so soft . Typically they are thick like cake but these were good ! Please keep doing whatever that was
