My girlfriend and I went here yesterday around 6pm the lady at the counter while we was ordering was not helpful in any way. My girlfriend ordered her drink tornado twist Dunkin energy drink. The lady said we don’t have that drink ( the option was on there menu also) so my girlfriend politely said okay what flavors do you have she said the berry burst and the peach flavor. My girlfriend then said and educated her on how the tornado twist was made which is both of those flavors mixed together which makes the tornado twist. The worker nodded her head says ohhh… yeah and smiled. She then makes. I ordered Dunkin’s new pretzel sliders my favorite. I placed an online order through Seamless. I didn’t visit this Dunkin’ Donuts in person. I ordered a Large Matcha Latte and several sandwiches, but the whole order was a disaster. The latte came completely unwrapped, with no tray or holder, so the driver had no choice but to leave it on the floor because I chose Non-Contact Delivery. And I don’t blame him. The packaging from this Dunkin’ Donuts is just awful: everything was thrown into the bag without care, no proper wrapping, nothing secured. Current management needs an uphaul. Staff looks disorganized and unprepared and this impression is after visiting more than twice over the past 3 months. I went in recently to pick up a mobile order for one hot decaf coffee. On arrival (15 minutes) it still wasn’t made and the store wasn’t understaffed or busy. The worker behind the counter looked confused when I showed him my order. Then looked around and said they ran out of decaf and also regular coffee. I had to wait another 10 minutes for something that usually takes two. In the mean time, there was another lady on line in complaining that this particular branch is closest to her but she usually avoids it since her orders are never ready or she has to wait so long even when the store isn’t busy.
