Dunkin'

I purchased two drinks a strawberry coolata and a cold brew less ice. The cold brew came out full of ice and the coolata wasn't even full. It sucks as I only live a quarter mile up the street, but I will make the trip across town when I want another one as I also had to wait an excessive amount of time for my order to be made incorrectly and incomplete.

I have never gotten my drink order correct here... It is always very late and I have to give it back to them every time. I'm finally writing a review because my regular coffee wasn't even mixed at all this time and didn't have the cold foam on it. When I said it needed cold foam and can they mix it they handed it back not mixed (after waiting 15 minutes for it to begin with). It is disgusting and now the cold foam had to be mixed in instead of drinking it like it's supposed to be. It can be a busy spot but management needs to do something here to turn it around.

Told the lady at the drive thru toasted plain, she asked if I wanted cream cheese I said no. Then she put the bagel with cream cheese and I told her no cream cheese please. Got both my bagels and they had cream cheese on it.

One of few locations that actually has decent service, and bagel twist!

How hard is it to push a button on the register that says lightly toasted and how hard is it to actually turn down the thermostat on the toaster? Way too long and you need to clean up the place.
