Dunkin'

Very bad experience because I ordered $6 meal and i don’t want egg cheese and bacon on croissant because I’m vegetarian then take order and they did mistake on order then they put everything there and when I call then they hang up call say he can’t help I am regular customer but after this experience I don’t want go any Dunkin Order number 1867 Date : 10/11/2025 Anyone help for this complaint from higher department of dunkin

They have an electric panel where you can order your items if you prefer not to speak with someone, or if you don't see anyone at the front counter. They also have a good varity of donuts and coffe, but since they are in a gas station you can also get energy drinks if you don't like coffe like me.

I have visited this dunkin in the past on drive-through and never had bad experience like other reviews. This time, I went inside to get some gift cards. I was acknowledged and asked to wait, and then in 2 minutes, one of the staff members came and started working on my 10 gift card order patiently. Overall, it was a nice place to stop by and get some coffee or dunkin'!!!

The coffee rolls here are tiny! Useless! How dare they serve this microscopic excuse for a coffee roll! Disgusting! They know it’s wrong!

Everytime I go here they are so nice and my food is always good! I place a mobile order for the drive thru and it takes me literally 2 minutes, love the quality and the service!
