This dunkin is just amazing all around! The new improvements inside are so nice to add to my drink experience! Paityn and Brandon both helped me so much with my Order.lovely paityn helped me find the perfect drink order,and Brandon made my food just how I liked.overall best dunkin experience yet

Avoid this dunkin' donuts at all costs her coffee tastes like it's s they're always tasting burnt you asked for splenda, they gave you sugar the gas for decaf, they give you regular or if they don't have decaf, they water down their regular I have seen them do it. do better or close down and your food tastes like a microwave for all the money we spend, it's ridiculous done with this dunkin' donuts boycott maybe you'll be a big hit on tiktok.I'm thinking about it there's a lot more things I could say maybe next time you go visit this messy place you'll receive a cup of coffee that tastes like water how's that happen I don't know . Going to this place makes me want to just stay home and make my own coffee because I know it come out right 💯

Very anger staff . I asked to separate egg white from Big N Toast, because of my son had egg allergy and they can’t do it. I cancelled my $20 order and walked out . Hopefully owner knows how staff treating his customer In very unfriendly way. Front desk lady was nice and try to help but the kitchen staff is problem.

Liz (who was probably a manager) you get 1 star but because google is kind enough to give you a star. I understand we all have bad days but honestly if you are having one who shouldn’t be in the front like taking drive through and maybe be in the back doing something else. With that being said. I just went through the drive through to make an order to start with “can I help you” so I said good morning. She proceeded with can I help you ? Well dam ok someone might be having a bad day. No manners but it’s okay not everyone was raised with manners. As I said good morning to her she replied with a “ what do you want “. Some staff are great , others not so much. I order the same thing every time I'm a frequent customer, sometimes staff gets lazy doesn't wanna change out the empty syrup then I'm left with this... I like mocha coffee.... I asked for 4 pumps barely have 2. I do also pay for extra. Most of the time I tip as well, so give what the customer pays for! Very frustrating...
