Dunkin'

I’m normally never a person to leave a review on a place, let alone a bad one, but I used to go to this place everyday on my way to work and never had any problems. After the renovations and reopening, I have a problem every single time I visit here. (I normally only stop maybe once a week to use rewards) My drink will be made completely wrong even though I always order on the app, so the instructions are perfectly clear. When I order food with my drink, I have to sit at the window after they hand me my drink and wait for them to come back and acknowledge me to get it, almost like they were hoping I would drive away without it. Everytime I order a bagel with cream cheese ON IT, they just throw a cup in the bag with the MAYBE toasted bagel. It’s a shame this place had gotten so bad, but I

You order on the app and when you get there they say the receipt isn’t printing and then you have to tell them the order again. After that, the workers throw 4 donuts without the plastic separator jawns into a bag with zero napkins. This has happened multiple times, but I’ll be back because my kids love the donuts.

Genuinely worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I tried to get a latte through the drive through, they cashed me out and told me to park and wait and that it would take 3 minutes. After 10 minutes of watching other cars get their drinks I went inside to see what was going on and there was no sense of urgency at all. After waiting a total of 15 minutes I left because I was going to be late to work. I normally don’t leave bad reviews but this was horrible.

I haven't gotten what I ordered the past 3 times I've gone. I won't be going back but I advise the Dunkin Brand to stop prioritizing drive thru times over doing things correctly. And perhaps showing their staff that the labels on the cups list what goes in the drink.
