Dunkin'

RUDE STAFF AND SLOW SERVICE! I love Dunkin’ but unfortunately there isnt any near me besides this location, every time I want to get a coffee the staff is usually not friendly, and they act like I’m more of a chore to deal with then a customer. And don’t even bother trying to go inside. They prioritize drive thru more then the customers in the lobby, I went inside one time to get some donuts and 2 coffees before work, I arrived at 9am and waited and waited for someone to give me my coffee or help pick out donuts. I had to ask a worker to help me and they were just saying: “Well what did you order?? What did you order??” As if the receipt wasn’t on the counter waiting for them to read it and make my coffee. I placed a mobile order and arrived just before 1pm on 10/18. They were out of my donut but quickly rectified it by giving me a choice of any donut or baked good. I was given the rest of my order and it did not disappoint. My breakfast sandwich was cooked to perfection. The bacon was crispy and my crossiant was all the way toasted. The hashbrowns were also nicely crispy and hot. The iced butter pecan cappuccino was the perfect amount of foam and flavor! I was really impressed with my order today! Thank you for my sweet treats.

Love Dunkin but this dunkin is contantly out of glazed donut hole. Will be out at 9am on a Saturday and won’t make more. This is the 6th time this has happened or I would not complain. Out today again at 10:30.

Unacceptable "Light Ice" Policy and Poor Service I visited the Orangevale, CA Dunkin' drive-thru this morning, and my experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered a medium iced coffee and specifically requested light ice. When the drink was handed to me, the cup was noticeably not full, with about an inch and a half of empty space at the top. When I questioned the employee about this, I was told that the cup was not filled all the way because I ordered light ice. This is completely unacceptable. Ordering "light ice" should mean I receive more coffee, not a partially filled cup. I've never encountered such a policy at any coffee shop before. It's misleading to the customer and feels like I was cheated out of the full amount of coffee I paid for. The employee's explanation was unsati

Nice location for a little Dunkin Donuts Drive Thru. I like to stop by after my daughters sports class on the weekends and grab her a little sprinkle donut and then a blueberry donut for myself. I know they have great coffees and sandwhices as well but I am going to be honest I have only gotten the donuts from this location. I will have to get a coffee or something next time just to try it out. Drive Thru is the way to go, it goes by fast and quick friendly service!
