I really like this Forest Hills Metropolitan Ave location. I met the owner Imran once and stayed in touch; he seems friendly and down to earth. It’s what one would expect with D & D espresso but it’s consistent & convenient. As a health conscious vegetarian, I appreciate that they have non dessert and non meat food items such as avocado, toast, hash browns, bagels. The staff here are welcoming, friendly, hard working and professional. Jahn is always professional, attentive, friendly and a sincere human being. They have tables and which was helpful for my 78 year old mom (when she was alive) who was able to get here with her walker. (one floor, No stairs, a designated mobility needs table, but no bathrooms) This location is small but has few tables, chairs plus stools along a long tabl

I come to Dunkin everyday after school and my favorite workers never fail to satisfy me. Sayeda poly and Noora are always so pleasing and even remembered me and my friends name. Everyday walking in I get an amazing greeting from them and wait a minimum of five minutes for my order. Definitely recommend.

Every morning I go in and come out happy, always made to perfection. Poly is amazing!! She’s so respectful and very pleasant, she does an amazing job! I highly recommend this Dunkin location! 5 stars

The three girl workers, Poly, Sayeda, Noora, are very kind and nice. They always make my order amazingly and always with a smile on their faces. I get a goodmorning for them everyday. They are the best!

Each morning my visit is a positive experience. The store is a quick and reliable option for drinks and breakfast. Their coffee is always hot and high quality, and their food is prepared perfectly by the staff. Their prices are reasonable compared to other coffee chains. The morning staff especially Noor, Poly, and Sayeda always greet me with a smile. They work together and are well trained. They are very helpful and friendly not only with me, but all the customers. The store is very clean and always well stocked. Service is always quick and the food and donuts always fresh!
